Accountability for strategy and governance rests with the Board of Trustees, which, in exercising its responsibilities, measures performance in terms of how well we are delivering on our Vision and Mission – in other words how good are the outcomes for the people who use our services.

Alternative Futures Group benefits from Trustees who bring a wealth and diversity of professional skills, experience and knowledge.

Alternative Futures Group supports the principles of the Code of Good Governance and has signed an official declaration to this. We are working hard towards complying with the code in all areas relevant to our charity.
