Working within a small staff team you will support people with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health Problems within their own homes. You will provide individualised support in a positive, non-judgemental and creative way that enables service users to make informed choices in their daily lives.
You may already have experience in supporting people with special needs, if not full training will be given, including access to NVQ Level 2/3. You will have a positive attitude and the ability to work a 24 hour shift system. A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
