Alternative Futures Group is a charitable company providing support, care, specialist services and accommodation for people with learning disabilities and /or mental health challenges. We are an outcomes-based organisation focussed on providing high quality, cost effective, person-centred services which deliver the right outcomes for service users enabling them to be in control of their own lives and achieve their individual hopes and aspirations. We are committed to ensuring that our staff are also empowered, working within a clear framework that gives them the freedom and accountability to empower the people they support.
