Alternative Futures Group provides support, care and accommodation for people with learning disabilities and mental health challenges; working in partnership with the health and social care sector, local communities and families to design and deliver services that enable people to achieve their potential.
Monday 17 November marks the day upon which Alternative Futures Group and its partners will focus their attention on delivering a strategy for mental health services that are fit for the future.
