New Employee Partnership Forum
25 June 2008
Neil Campbell, Chief Executive says "Alternative Futures Group is committed to helping people take control of their lives and achieve their full potential, and this includes our employees. The Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) has always provided a platform to engage with and involve employees in the business and vision of the charity and this has helped to bring us success. However, everyone believes we can make this involvement stronger and more effective. I am pleased that plans to establish a new Employee Partnership Forum have received the go-ahead by the Board. I am very excited by this project and hope that with your support we can make this new partnership forum a great success".

The Employee Partnership Forum will be encouraged to discuss, debate and challenge Alternative Futures Group on issues which affect all staff, including employment policies and practices, terms and conditions etc; providing an opportunity for elected representatives to express employees’ views and opinions on matters that are important to them.
Elections for the Employee Representatives take place in September 2008 enabling the new partnership forum to meet in October. A candidate information pack is available for employees who are interested in getting involved.
