We are passionate about involving our Service Users in the development of their services. As part of our commitment to Service User involvement, we have now introduced a new influential committee; the Service User Representative Forum (SURF). SURF’s 10 members have been selected by the wider Service User population to represent their views and opinions at governance level, with Senior Management and the Board of Trustees. As a result, our Service Users are able to directly influence how our services are shaped and how the organisation develops and grows.
