Meadow Park - Ellesmere Port

Meadow Park Independent Hospital is a well established 'rehabilitation and recovery' facility, specialising in support for adults recovering from serious mental illness and / or personality disorder.

A high staff to Service User ratio ensures our commitment to personal attention is achieved. We actively encourage community involvement and use of local amenities and resources. This is a critical aspect of our recovery programmes.

Meadow Park's services are developed through evidence based practice. Tailored, four-step, Person Centred programmes are typically planned across 18 to 24 months with the aim of empowering individuals to develop skills and confidence to enable them to go on to enjoy a happy and fulfilling life. The long term goal is to maximise independence and to support this aim, a multi-disciplinary team ensures that every development need is covered, maximising potential. The team consists of:

• Consultant Psychiatrists
• Mental Health Nurses
• Occupational Therapists
• Care Coordinators
• Family.
