To achieve this, we aim to employ local teams of support staff, who are able to make strong links with the local community and are prepared to dedicate time, effort and imagination. Wherever possible, we involve the individual Service User in the selection of the people who will support them.
As an organisation, we aim to ‘do the right thing’ at all times; as a service provider, employer and also in regards to our social responsibility.
