At Alternative Futures Group we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality person centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health problems, primarily in their own homes.  We are currently looking to recruit experienced Team Leaders who can successfully manage services to deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we support.

Reporting to the Area Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that excellent levels of care and support are maintained and that the people who use our services, and those who support them, are given access to opportunities to ensure that personal and social care needs are being met.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of managing a team as well as the ability to manage all resources within budget and ensure quality outcomes are delivered at the highest level.
